Emails and texts. We will try to open up the missing day/time, such as a scheduled vacation during spring or summer break, to make up the missed day.
Note: The tuition is based on an average of four classes per month per calendar year and does not increase or decrease in long and short months.
We took all our holidays and closed days and averaged them over the year. Most months you get 4 lessons, some months you get 5 because there are 5 weeks in that month, other months you only get 3 because of holidays, but you never get paid for a day off.

Therefore, the tuition fee does not increase or decrease during the months with three and five lessons per month.
