It seems strange to say that because we work and live together, we don't spend much time together, mostly we are business partners. It was so nice to get away from work and relax!

The twinkling lights, the Christmas trees, and the cheerful attitude of everyone around me… Oh, it makes me so happy inside! I also like buying gifts for people. It's more fun than getting a gift! Seeing my friends and family react when they open a wonderful gift is EVERYTHING to me. I live for him!

K I love you so much. Time to get ready for the Friday POPFLEX shoot. If everything goes according to plan, I think you will love these pictures and dresses… 🙂 We will let you know the release date soon. However, I have some things to finish! I came across Blogilates on Instagram last year because I was moving away from cosplay and focusing more on health and fitness through their algorithm that suggested more fitness accounts. I hit the follow button because her pages were beautiful, but I didn't know much about her brand. When the 90 day/365 day challenge post came out, I learned more about the harsh criticism and controversial hate it received when the challenge first started.

This resonates with me because I felt the same discouragement when I decided to lose weight, get in shape and start running. I was told so many negative things that I found it very funny. While some are well intentioned, "You don't need to lose weight, you look good!" and "Running is bad for your toes, they fall off!" , ultimately the decision is up to me what I choose to do with my body and how I want it to look, be it vanity, aesthetics or simply physical and mental health. People trying to give you unnecessary information about what to do with your life and your body, especially when you're trying to improve yourself, is a lot of bullshit. If you want to try something new, do it. Don't be discouraged if someone tells you that you shouldn't or can't do it. Do this twice and take a picture. It doesn't matter what other people think or feel about your body. It is important that you are comfortable in your own skin. (And just a disclaimer here, I'm talking about healthy, sustainable habits, not eating disorders or the toxic unhealthy things people do in the fitness world. Get professional help for these issues.)
