Two (2) letters of recommendation are required. Must be under two years of age when applying. Send your advisors' letters as attachments (in PDF format only) directly to eppadmissions@. The subject line should contain your full name as it appears in your online EVP application (for example: "LOR: Donald Khan").

Today's events were part of a week-long Welcome Week to encourage new and returning students to take advantage of all the university has to offer.

The holiday will continue through the end of the month, with the Homecoming and Family Weekend program running from September 20th to September 22nd. The Office of Student Administration/Residency and Career Services administers the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) developed by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). ). ERAS is a service that sends applications, letters of recommendation (LoR), medical student performance evaluations (MSPE), medical school transcripts, USMLE transcripts, COMLEX transcripts, and other supporting documents to residency program directors.
ERAS consists of five parts: Applicant Website (MyERAS), Dean's Workstation (DWS), Program Director's Workstation (PDWS), Letter of Advice (LoR Portal), and ERAS Post Office. (ERASPO).

ERAS opens in June and is available through the AAMC website. A Token number is required to log in to MyERAS for the first time. Osteopathic Medical College students will receive a Token number in June (2 to 3 years) to access Personal Information page and LoR portal. When the system launches in June (the fourth year), students will be able to log into MyERAS with any web browser and get started.

The Office of Student Administration/Residence and Career Services is responsible for adding supporting documentation (Medical Student Performance Evaluation/MSPE, College of Osteopathic Medicine) to the ERAS program. Once received, supporting documents are scanned into the student's application and sent to the ERAS post office. Residential programs can download this information by connecting to ERAS Post through the program manager's workstation. Program directors can review, organize, and publish programs according to criteria defined in their programs.
